“Dunhida” is one of the most famous water falls in Sri Lanka. Although she can not come even close the highest water falls in Sri Lanka. Most visitors visit the place. It is situated from 2 Km distance from the Badulla city. It is in the Uva province.

It  is in the Wellawaya-Bandarawela road. This water fall is located in a very beautiful setting of huge mountains. The famous story of Ravana and Sita is connected with this Ella. The water pours down in three levels and then spreads along. This wonder of nature is priceless gift that Sri Lankans are rewarded with.

The name of my school is Sri Devananda Central College. It is in the Uva province. It is a big school. There aare more buildings in my school. It has a library,science lab,ICT lab,home science room,dancing room,music room,art room and a big play ground. The classes of my school are from grade one to thirteen. The surroundings is very beautiful.

The principal of our school is Mr. K.H Weerasinghe. There are around 85 teachers. They are very kind to us. There are 1500 students. I love my school.
